Noorania — Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Noorania app. Using the app means accepting them. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the app itself.
What the app is
Noorania teaches Arabic reading by the Noorania Qaida method: recorded lessons to listen to, and pronunciation practice that scores what you say. The pronunciation score is an aid to learning, not a religious ruling or a certification, and it should not be treated as a substitute for a qualified teacher.
Free use
Every lesson and its audio can be used without paying and without an account. Free use includes advertising and a daily allowance of pronunciation scoring.
Subscriptions
- Noorania offers a monthly and a yearly subscription. Each removes advertising and raises the pronunciation-scoring allowance.
- The price and the period are shown in the app before you buy, in your own currency, and payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.
- A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end.
Practice packs
A practice pack is a one-off purchase that adds a fixed amount of pronunciation scoring time. It is consumed as you use it and does not renew.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are Apple's to give. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot refund an App Store purchase ourselves.
Restoring purchases
Purchases are tied to your Apple ID. On a new device, use Restore purchases on the subscription screen.
Acceptable use
The lesson recordings and the printed pages in the app are licensed for personal learning. Please do not redistribute them, extract them for another product, or try to reach the scoring service other than through the app.
Availability
The app is provided as it is. Lessons work offline once installed; sign-in, progress sync and pronunciation scoring need a connection and can be interrupted by things outside our control.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes with them.

تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيق نورانية، واستخدامك للتطبيق قبول لها. كما تسري على التطبيق نفسه اتفاقية الترخيص القياسية للمستخدم النهائي من آبل.
ما هو التطبيق
يعلّم نورانية القراءة العربية بطريقة القاعدة النورانية: دروس مسجّلة للاستماع، وتدريب على النطق يقيّم ما تقوله. ودرجة النطق عون على التعلّم، وليست حكمًا شرعيًّا ولا إجازة، ولا تُغني عن معلّم متقن.
الاستخدام المجاني
كل درس وكل تسجيل فيه متاح دون دفع ودون حساب. ويصحب الاستخدامَ المجاني إعلاناتٌ وحدٌّ يوميّ من تقييم النطق.
الاشتراكات
- يقدّم نورانية اشتراكًا شهريًّا وآخر سنويًّا، وكلاهما يزيل الإعلانات ويرفع حدّ تقييم النطق.
- يُعرض السعر والمدّة داخل التطبيق قبل الشراء بعملتك، ويُخصم المبلغ من حساب آبل عند التأكيد.
- يتجدّد الاشتراك تلقائيًّا ما لم يُلغَ قبل نهاية المدّة الجارية بأربع وعشرين ساعة على الأقل، ويُخصم مبلغ التجديد خلال أربع وعشرين ساعة من انتهائها.
- يمكنك إدارة اشتراكك أو إلغاؤه متى شئت من الإعدادات ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات في جهازك. وحذف التطبيق لا يُلغي الاشتراك.
- الإلغاء يوقف التجديد التالي، وتستمر المدّة الجارية إلى نهايتها.
باقات التدريب
باقة التدريب شراء لمرة واحدة يضيف قدرًا ثابتًا من وقت تقييم النطق، يُستهلك باستعمالك إيّاه ولا يتجدّد.
الاسترداد
المشتريات تتولّاها آبل، فالاسترداد إليها. اطلبه من reportaproblem.apple.com، فلا نملك نحن ردّ مبلغ اشتُري من متجر آبل.
استعادة المشتريات
المشتريات مرتبطة بحساب آبل الخاص بك. وعلى جهاز جديد استخدم استعادة المشتريات في شاشة الاشتراك.
حدود الاستخدام
تسجيلات الدروس وصفحات الكتاب داخل التطبيق مرخّصة للتعلّم الشخصي. فلا تُعِد نشرها، ولا تستخرجها لمنتج آخر، ولا تحاول الوصول إلى خدمة التقييم من غير التطبيق.
الإتاحة
يُقدَّم التطبيق كما هو. تعمل الدروس دون اتصال بعد التثبيت، أمّا تسجيل الدخول ومزامنة التقدّم وتقييم النطق فتحتاج اتصالًا وقد تنقطع لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا.
التغييرات
إن تغيّرت هذه الشروط تغيّرًا جوهريًّا تغيّر التاريخ في الأعلى معها.
