Noorania — Privacy Policy

Noorania is an app for learning to read Arabic by the Noorania Qaida method. This page explains exactly what the app collects, why, and who else sees it. It describes what the app actually does, not what it might do one day.
What the app collects
- Nothing, until you use a feature that needs it. You can open Noorania, listen to every lesson and practise your pronunciation without an account and without agreeing to diagnostics.
- Your name and email address — only if you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, which exists so your progress can be restored on a new device. Signing in is optional.
- An account identifier that the app uses to store your progress against, once you have signed in.
- Your learning progress — which items you have listened to and which lesson you are on — so it survives a reinstall or a second device.
- Your voice, while you hold the record button. The recording is sent to our scoring service, graded, and discarded. It is not kept after it has been scored, and it is not stored against your account.
- Diagnostics and usage events — only if you say yes to the question the app asks. It is off until you do, and declining changes nothing else about the app.
- Purchases — whether you hold a subscription or have bought a practice pack, so the app knows what to unlock.
- An advertising identifier — only where you allow tracking when iOS asks, and where you accept the ads consent form. Decline either and ads are shown without it.
What the app never collects
- Your contacts, photos, location, or health data.
- Any recording made when you are not holding the record button.
- Payment card details. Apple handles payment; we never see your card.
Who else receives data
The app uses these services, each under its own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase — sign-in, progress storage, notifications, remote settings, and (with your consent) analytics.
- Google AdMob — advertising.
- RevenueCat — subscription and purchase status.
Data is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone else.
Children
Noorania is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. A parent who believes their child has signed in may write to us and we will delete the account.
Keeping and deleting your data
Your progress is kept for as long as your account exists, so that it is there when you come back. Voice recordings are discarded as soon as they are scored.
To delete your account and everything stored against it, write to zayedalcatel@gmail.com from the email address you signed in with. Deletion is permanent and covers your progress, your account record, and any diagnostics tied to it.
Your choices, inside the app
- Diagnostics can be refused when first asked.
- Ad personalisation can be changed from your device's tracking settings.
- Signing out stops any further progress being synced.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.

نورانية تطبيق لتعلّم القراءة العربية بطريقة القاعدة النورانية. توضّح هذه الصفحة بالضبط ما يجمعه التطبيق، ولماذا، ومن يطّلع عليه. وهي تصف ما يفعله التطبيق فعلًا، لا ما قد يفعله مستقبلًا.
ما الذي يجمعه التطبيق
- لا شيء، حتى تستخدم ميزة تحتاجه. يمكنك فتح نورانية والاستماع إلى كل الدروس والتدرّب على نطقك دون حساب ودون الموافقة على التشخيصات.
- اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني — فقط إن اخترت تسجيل الدخول بجوجل أو آبل، وهو موجود ليتيح استعادة تقدّمك على جهاز جديد. تسجيل الدخول اختياري.
- معرّف حساب يستخدمه التطبيق لحفظ تقدّمك بعد تسجيل الدخول.
- تقدّمك في التعلّم — ما استمعت إليه وأي درس أنت فيه — كي يبقى بعد إعادة التثبيت أو على جهاز ثانٍ.
- صوتك أثناء ضغطك على زر التسجيل. يُرسل التسجيل إلى خدمة التقييم، ويُقيَّم، ثم يُحذف. لا يُحفظ بعد التقييم ولا يُخزَّن مع حسابك.
- بيانات التشخيص والاستخدام — فقط إن وافقت على السؤال الذي يعرضه التطبيق. وهي معطّلة حتى توافق، ورفضها لا يغيّر شيئًا آخر.
- المشتريات — هل لديك اشتراك أو باقة تدريب، ليعرف التطبيق ما يفتحه لك.
- معرّف الإعلانات — فقط إن سمحت بالتتبّع حين يسألك النظام ووافقت على نموذج الإعلانات. وإن رفضت أيًّا منهما تُعرض الإعلانات بدونه.
ما لا يجمعه التطبيق أبدًا
- جهات اتصالك أو صورك أو موقعك أو بياناتك الصحية.
- أي تسجيل يتم وأنت غير ضاغط على زر التسجيل.
- بيانات بطاقتك. آبل تتولّى الدفع، ولا نرى بطاقتك إطلاقًا.
من يتلقّى البيانات أيضًا
يستخدم التطبيق هذه الخدمات، ولكلٍّ منها سياسة خصوصية خاصة بها:
- Google Firebase — تسجيل الدخول، وحفظ التقدّم، والإشعارات، والإعدادات البعيدة، والتحليلات (بموافقتك).
- Google AdMob — الإعلانات.
- RevenueCat — حالة الاشتراك والمشتريات.
لا تُباع البيانات، ولا تُشارَك مع أي جهة أخرى.
الأطفال
نورانية ليس موجّهًا للأطفال دون سن الثالثة عشرة، ولا نجمع عن قصد معلومات شخصية منهم. ومن رأى من الأولياء أن ابنه سجّل دخوله فليكتب إلينا ونحذف الحساب.
حفظ بياناتك وحذفها
يُحفظ تقدّمك ما دام حسابك قائمًا، ليكون بانتظارك حين تعود. أما التسجيلات الصوتية فتُحذف فور تقييمها.
لحذف حسابك وكل ما هو محفوظ معه، اكتب إلى zayedalcatel@gmail.com من البريد نفسه الذي سجّلت به. الحذف نهائي ويشمل تقدّمك وسجلّ حسابك وأي تشخيصات مرتبطة به.
خياراتك داخل التطبيق
- يمكن رفض التشخيصات عند أول سؤال.
- يمكن تغيير تخصيص الإعلانات من إعدادات التتبّع في جهازك.
- تسجيل الخروج يوقف مزامنة أي تقدّم جديد.
التغييرات
إن تغيّرت هذه السياسة تغيّرًا جوهريًّا تغيّر التاريخ في الأعلى معها.
